What is Traveler's Yoga?

Is a practice rooted in hatha and therapeutic yoga with elements of reflexology & visualization, developed as a result of my insatiable wanderlust for travel and exploration.

And as much as my spirit is fed by these journeys, dealing with travel trials (from hours on buses, to subway cars that resemble sardine cans, to hours sitting on a delayed plane) takes a toll on my mind, body and spirit and I often found myself holding my breath until I got to my destination.

And so Traveler's Yoga was born as a tool to help my fellow travelers enjoy each step of every journey and arrive in the same condition they left in!

My yoga practice is rooted in hatha yoga and influenced by ongoing studies in therapeutic yoga, reflexology & peak performance.

My love of the Costa Rican pura vida spirit inspired me to develop a practice called pura vida flow that incorporates hatha yoga, vinyasa, and reggae!

I share my yoga practice with freelance work in event management / marketing and partnership outreach / management for a selection of innovative and entirely awesome clients. A fairly full professional background may be found on Linked In.
